The Bistro Café is now managed by Chartwells, who provide food service at numerous locations on campus such as the Heritage Center, Student Union and Moran Eye Center. Chartwells provides catering services. The café provides high quality refreshments and dining services for the Health Sciences Education Building.

- Coffee & Teas:
- Lattes, espresso, cappuccino, café mocha and caramel macchiato, chai, steamers and Tazo tea, flavor shots, iced drinks and hot chocolate in 3 different sizes.
Coffee services feature Caffe Ibis coffees. Located in Logan, UT, the Caffe IBIS Coffee Roasting Company has been recognized as a “Green Business” since 1976, and supplies “triple certified” (organic, shade grown and fair trade) coffee.

Place orders before noon for next day pick up. The regular box lunch includes sandwich, fruit or pasta, chips and dessert for $6.79 and the deluxe lunch includes a beverage for $7.99. Sandwich selection is turkey, ham, roast beef or veggie.
