The Bistro at the England Hub in HSEB is managed by Chartwells, who provide food service at numerous locations on campus such as the Heritage Center, Student Union and Moran Eye Center. Chartwells provides catering services. The Bistro at the England Hub provides high quality refreshments and dining services for the Health Sciences Education Building.

Coffee & Teas
Lattes, espresso, cappuccino, cafe mocha and caramel macchiato, chai, steamers and Tazo tea, flavor shots, iced drinks and hot chocolate in 3 different sizes.

Coffee services feature Caffe Ibis coffees. Located in Logan, UT, the Caffe IBIS Coffee Roasting Company has been recognized as a "Green Business" since 1976, and supplies "triple certified" (organic, shade grown and fair trade) coffee.

Breakfast Selections
Eggs cooked to order, bagels and Banbury Cross cinnamon rolls and muffins. Sandwich Bar - Made to order sandwiches.

Au Bon Pain Soups
Meat and vegetarian selection each day.

Grill Selections
Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken, Philly cheese steak, veggie burger sandwiches.

Fries
Regular and sweet potatoes

Grab and Go Selections
Salads, sandwiches and fruit.

Box lunches available with a minimum order of 15
Place orders before noon for next day pick up. The regular box lunch includes sandwich, fruit or pasta, chips and dessert for $6.79 and the deluxe lunch includes a beverage for $7.99. Sandwich selection is turkey, ham, roast beef or veggie.

Desserts
include chocolate chip cookie, sugar cookie or rice krispie square.
